Server protection

Hi Guys,

just wondering what protection you have pushed out to Hyper-v Servers and the VM’s running inside?

Have people just installed the AV,the full suite or a mixture?

Cheers James.

@dittoit , We would recommend you to use Comodo Client Security for your Hyper-V Servers and VM’s. You may check out the link below for further details of it.

You may email Comodo One Sales (c1-sales@comodo.com) so you could inquire about the difference between Paid AV and Free AV.

We install Comodo Client Security on Hyper-V servers.

@nct what selections do you install,? AV Firewall, Conainment etc?
Cheers.

@dittoit The Standard Windows Profile for ITSM should be fine, which on a server will automatically disable the firewall. Containment is probably the best feature of Comodo Client Security, do not disable it, instead learn how to correctly create exclusions for anything which has been wrongly contained. Comodo’s support will help you with this. Should you find CCS slows down the server the Template Profile you use can be tweaked.

Perfect, thanks. Have experiance whitelisting apps etc. so no problem with that.

Thanks.
