Service Desk Auto-Saving

Obviously, Auto-Save is a must. Nothing worse than typing your notes and for what ever reason, you do not get the chance to save before something happens. I have been experiencing a slight issue. When entering notes into a ticket, the Auto-Save disrupts my entry and moves the cursor to the top of the text box.

I see auto-save working during my post here and I do not have the same issue. Works fine in the forum.
