Service Desk - Block Hours

I would love to have the option to create block hours, this block can be any X number of hours, then I can assign this block to any customers in my service desk, and any completed tickets will subtract from those hours and send notification to me/users if the remaining hours are for example 10% of the block total hours. As MSP, I use block hours a lot for my small clients and I need an easy way to manage those hours.

There is a feature for contracts already in Service Desk that does this for you.
