Service Desk: "Fatal Error: Contact system administrator."

Hello everyone!

Earlier today, I was able to use the Service Desk until recently the error pops up, “Fatal Error: Contact system administrator.”
I want to say this is a system wide issue since I’ve confirmed it with another user on another computer.
Can anyone confirm or otherwise?



EDIT: It worked again for a little but now its a “504 Gateway Time-out” error.
