Service Desk Feature Request: Service Type & Localized Time on Ticket Report

Greetings,

It would be very helpful to have the Service Type added as a field on the Ticket report. Also, having the date and time be localized to the SD user’s local time zone would also be very helpful.

It is still in the service desk V2 as GMT+0

I remember asking for this a long time ago, I hate the incorrect time formats in sent emails.
I use the received email timestamp, but yea local time is set in our settings but not when it sends out to us.

Almost as bad as 365 portal with trying to trace events UTC - then add 10 or 11 to get the real time…
