Service Desk IMAP/POP Fetching Issue


On Friday of last week, IMAP/POP fetching stopped. I have had this happen in the past and found that in the setting, the radio button was moved to ‘disable’. This time, the setting is enabled but still we do not have any fetching. This has been down for 1 week now and support simply escalated my issue with no other update. User name and password for auth has been verified.
