Service Desk - Update Organizations not working

I am trying to update organization information. I enter items such as Domain Name, add Account Manager and primary contacts, and asset rates. I click “Update Organization” and nothing happens.

I tried this in Firefox, Chrome, IE, and Safari (on Mac).

Could you please send us a screenshot of how the windows is no actively doing the changes? We want to investigate this because it is the first report of such a case.
Did you leave the window opened for a long time when trying to update the information?

Any other information in regards to the process that you took to end up to that window would be much appreciated.
