So today I went to a customers site to install a new pc.
when there the said can you look at the problem inside sage. When they were opening it up there was an SSL error and continuing it 404’d the webpage.
so I remember the SSL for done needed to be replaced. So I jumped on ITSM then pushed out the new SSL I also went to Dome and saw shop.sage.com was being blocked. I added sage.com to the white lists.
by the time I got the user to close sage and reopen the SSL had been pushed out and the white list had updated.
happy customer.
this is how ITSM should work and will do thanks to the continued improvement.
