Hi, I can’t run the snmp scan. As soon as it starts it is immediately blocked with the message “skipped by client”. What does this mean? Thanks

To make sure all is configured and ready can you please confirm all the following: -
- All SNMP settings in the general tab have been completed
- On the general tab you have selected a probe device
- On the general tab you have entered an IP range to scan
- The selected probe device is running the latest ITarian agent
