SNMP skipped by client

Hi, I can’t run the snmp scan. As soon as it starts it is immediately blocked with the message “skipped by client”. What does this mean? Thanks

Hi @datalink

To make sure all is configured and ready can you please confirm all the following: -

  1. All SNMP settings in the general tab have been completed
  2. On the general tab you have selected a probe device
  3. On the general tab you have entered an IP range to scan
  4. The selected probe device is running the latest ITarian agent
