I have implemented customized email address to be used for Service Desk notifications, instead of default one sd-noreply@itariannotifications.com.
I would like to add spf and dkmi records to my dns to prevent email spoofing. Where can I get them?
Hi @msp_security , these records are generated by either knowing all your end point details for SPF and then having a email system that allows Dkim etc.
We use the following with Service Desk…
SPF
DKIM
DMARC
If you need help on these, please pm (due to security reasons to not publiy advertise everything) me with details of what services you use for email and I’ll help you get these done.
