Hello everyone,
The attached procedure script will allow you to start, stop, or restart a service by specifying it as an ITSM parameter at run time along with the request type. This is useful in quick fix situations and reduces the need to clone several different procedure scripts for manipulating services with hard coded names.
To use this script, run it as LocalSystem User, click Configure Parameters and then type in the name of the service you wish to restart, and then type in the request type (start, stop, or restart).
