Within the android mobile device profile there’s an option to add x number of days before the passcode expires but what if the client doesn’t want the passcode to expire? Would entering 0 days for example set it to never expire or is there no way to do this currently?

Yes, the expected result is that if you set that variable to 0, the passcode should never expire. We wouldn’t suggest doing that because of security reasons.
