Subscription

Hi All,

Currently have a 500GB subscription on acronis . I may have a new customer on board that will take me over - do I simply add another say 500GB subscription or can I edit the existing one and if so how?

Hello @msitcmatt ,

You need to purchase additional space.
Please log in to your C1 account, go to Management, Subscription, click on Acronis Cloud Backup, Buy new subscription.
This will take you to the purchase page.
