It is possible to adapt C1 for any workflow of any MSP. Just make posible to link records at different C1 modules.
For example: SD Ticket -> “Attch object” -> “Choose module” -> “Choose record in this module” or “Choose records in this module using filter”.
Custom fields also should be available for this mechanism. And need link type: Parent/Child/Horizontal.
And ask you again - implement please CI functionality. Any MSP system must have it.
