Support Email Responses Should Have Some History Included

When I email support a question I get back an answer. I sometimes get more that one active question/response on the same topic and request #. However, the response to each question does not show the actual question being answered. I think it would very helpful if the response included the entire history of the request, but at the very least it should show the text of the question that was being answered by the current response.
