we need a brandable systray-icon with custom links to our support-site, faq-site and so on. i thinked, in the june-release there is this feature, but its not.
any chance to get that soon??

You can apply communication agent rebranding through UI settings section from profiles. We support custom icons, custom website, phone, email.
