I just installed RMM on client’s computers and whenever I try to access them I get takeover operation failed. They show up in my device list and all the ports are open and working on their network.
Have you checked @vcs if there is a ‘security software’ on the endpoint that is blocking the process of the Remote Control app?
Sorry to just be getting back to you Rick. There should not be any ‘security software’ on the endpoint blocking the app. Unless someone added it after we set those machines up. Will check and let you know.
