I think this has been discussed on the main forum previously, but I am currently on the phone to Riley in support whose connection using Teamviewer stopped because he only uses a trial version. Sounds odd and not very professional.

Surely you purchase licences for your technicians?
no request was made to purchase it…nor did I know this is what they used.
L2 support used it today with me, as they often do, for over an hour, so they are obviously licensed for it. Maybe it is L1 support that uses the trial?
