The specified account already exists

I removed the ITSM software from my server and went to re-add it. When I ran the installer, I got the message:
“COMODO Client - Communication
The specified account already exists”

Please double-check on the endpoint side if the Comodo Client Communication (CCC) is still listed as installed. If it is listed, choose to either uninstall or repair it. If this does not work, try using the Microsoft FixIt tool.

Rick, I was finally able to reinstall the client, however now it will not start (more than half the time). Should I create a help desk ticket?
