There are no user permissions

I am running the Network Assessment Tool on our development network in order to generate a report for our BD guys to use as a template for what we can offer. When running it against Active Directory, the report resolves all machines except the domain controller. I’m using the domain administrator account against an IP range. Error comes back as ‘There are no user permissions’.

Is this usual?
