Ticket Details Form | Limitation

Greetings,

Wondering if there is any kind of limitation on the Ticket Details Form when it comes to the number of fields.

Currently, we do have 15 Fields but Add New Field button is greyed out.

Hello @abey ,

Yes we do have limitations for custom forms. If you need more please specify screens and numbers, we can change it.

Actually, I see for the customized forms it’s 10 per form

For Ticket Details, it’s 15.

If we can change both to have limitation of 20 Fields that would be great.
