Time Spent

Hi, when a ticked gets created via a policy, say low HDD space, i dont seems to be able to add “spent time”?

If i create a ticket from the portal the option is there. OK JUST CREATED ANOTHER AND IS NOT!!!??

please confirm what is required to add time.
