While trying make backups with Acronis (still dont work) I turned off antivirus components - Antivirus and Containment. I was asked how much time, I answered - 60 mins. But in 3-5 mins everything turn on back automatically. I turned off again, again 3-5 mins and all components was turned on.

You need to turned that off from ITSM for proper maintenance window. You can clone your existing profile and customize it as maintenance. Than apply the maintenance to those device during required period.
Right now, even if you set some timer on security client, communication client finds a delta and re-applies the ITSM enforced profile back to security posture. We will create an exception later for that but for now, you can either follow above advice or can stop communication client service on that specific machine temporarily.
