Timezone settings

Even while i know this was supposed to have been fixed in a feature last year we are still seeing that timezone settings are not functioning.
I am in a -7 MST timezone and have set it in the account and it has never replicated to all other modules. It is still showing up times for check-in from agents as GMT.
Please fix!

I am also having a time zoning issue, I am -6, but time in the RMM are showing 0, or 6 hours ahead of me.

Have you tried logging in directly to the ITSM portal (https://<CompanyName>-msp.cmdm.comodo.com) and checked the Time Zone setting under SETTINGS → Portal Set-Up? Please do make sure that you log in with an Admin-level account when you do so.
