I cannot access the C1 portal, the page times outs. This started Saturday 10/3. Today (10/4), I’ve physically looked at several machines and the Remote Client shows offline with a network error. We’re completely in the blind, unable to see or assist clients. Does anyone know what is going on or how long this outage is going to last?
