Unable to associate new IOS Profile (Profile could not be decrypted)

I’m trying out Mobile Device Management. I enrolled a few iPhones and they successfully associated to the default profile.

I created a new IOS profile but it would no associate. This is the message that is displayed on the “Associated Profiles” Tab.

Unsuccessfully processed
Profile could not be decrypted

What should I look at?

Thanks,
George

Hello @george
Thank you for reaching out to us with your concern. We’re glad that you chose try out the ITarian platform for your mobile device management needs.

May we suggest that you check the network where the iPhones are connected if there is something interfering with the client-server communication using the following guides as reference. Another way to go about this is to connect the iPhone on a different network and check if the same situation would occur when you try to change the associated iOS profile. It is also possible that another software running on the iPhone is causing the interruption with the client-server communication.

(if you access the C1 account through ‘one.comodo.com’)
Endpoint Manager Services - IP Nos, Host Names and Port Details - EU-hosted account

(if you access the C1 account through ‘one-us.comodo.com’)
Endpoint Manager Services - IP Nos, Host Names and Port Details - US-hosted account

Thanks for the reply. I have no problem associating the default IOS profile that was created by Admin. It’s only when I try to associate with a different profile where it fails. I can remove the association of the default profile and reapply the association without an issue. but when I try the other one that I created, it fails. So clearly, no other app or network issue is interfering with this. Mind you, this profile that I created is pretty much empty.

We will reach out to you @george through a support ticket to further discuss the details of the situation that you encountered with the iOS profile assignment.
