I continue to encounter gateway timeout messages while attempting to open new service tickets. I have opened case #5123 on 5/7/19 and have attempted posting in this forum several times, yet posts have been unapproved/deleted. If it wasn’t for a competing solution, I would have had no service request tracking for two months. I wonder if anyone else has been encountering this issue and if they have received a more detailed answer than “Our developers are working on it”? Any input is greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance!
