Unable to install Comodo Endpoint manager in IOS

Hello

I have added a IOS device and sent the enrollment email. When you click to install the IOS profile it goes through the steps to genertae key and then reports Profile Installation Failed The payload “Comodo Endpoint Manager” is Invalid.

Any help much appreciated?

I’m actually having the same problem.

When I try to install the iOS profile, it eventually says “Profile Installation Failed The payload “Comodo Endpoint Manager” is invalid”.

Is there a solution to this?

Before you enroll your iOS or MacOS devices, you need to install an Apple Push Notification (APN) certificate on your Endpoint Manager portal in order to communicate with iOS and Mac devices.

Once it is installed, you may now proceed in enrolling your iOS or MacOS devices.
