Receive the following error “Patches service is currently not responding.”

We have already informed the back end team about the issue earlier and, as of this posting, the message is not anymore showing. We tested on our side here at C1 Support and the patches are now properly being displayed (OS, 3rd party) and very much able to send the command to install any selected patch.
