Unable to load Service Desk

Hi,

I have opened a ticket with iTarian Support for this issue however it has yet to be resolved after 1 week, so thought I would seek guidance here.

When I click on the Service Desk menu item, I keep getting this message on the screen - in any browser, with different login IDs and after clearing cache etc. Loading…

We haven’t seen you for a while
Your account will be activated within 1 business day

Anyone encountered this problem before and is there a way to get around this.

Good day. The concern was already been forwarded to our developers and they are currently working on it. We haven’t received any update as of yet but as soon they provide us details we will let you know.
