Windows 10 Feature Update 1709 is causing this problem with clients running 8.3.0.5285 of Comodo Security Client
Lastly - hmm, it seems this can be fixed easily by turning off the “comodo internet security firewall driver” in the ethernet properties section
I had a very important system that could not get online once, due to this driver, I had to disable it, and I could get online. I had to use the comodo removal tool, to remove the software, then reinstall. This fixed the issue for me, and did not give me anymore issues, so I figured the issue was due to an update, but never looked any deeper, as the issue has not came back up.
