When ever i register a user in ITSM , the user does not get the welcome Link to Login. Nor he gets the Link when i click RECOVER PASSWORD MAIL. Can any one suggest solution ??
im surprised no one addressed this issue, I think I have the same problem too
Hi @jtlogic Please check your spam mailbox and other folder/filtered mailbox, the email comes from itsm-noreply@c1notifications.com sometimes it doesn’t go to the inbox.
