Users created in Service Desk portal

I can see some users have been created in service desk which I didn’t create.
Can someone please explain?

Just to give an overall idea, there could be a few reasons for this.

  1. We are auto creating a few default users to use on API ticket creation from ITSM.
  2. Access rights are by default enabled for anyone to register ticket from self service web portal. (you can change it from here: )
  3. If you configure email, default configuration would enable anyone to create ticket by sending email. (You can change the default configuration from here: )
