I can see some users have been created in service desk which I didn’t create.
Can someone please explain?

Just to give an overall idea, there could be a few reasons for this.
- We are auto creating a few default users to use on API ticket creation from ITSM.
- Access rights are by default enabled for anyone to register ticket from self service web portal. (you can change it from here: https://forum.mspconsortium.com/forum/products/other-comodo-products/comodo-device-management/wiki-faq-how-to/11486-how-to-use-custom-script-procedure-monitoring )
- If you configure email, default configuration would enable anyone to create ticket by sending email. (You can change the default configuration from here: https://help.comodo.com/topic-289-1-625-7862-Email-Settings-and-Options.html )
