Would it possible in a future release to have an option to view tickets NEWEST first (or possibly make this the default option)?
We can make the request from our developers to do so but it would still depend on the majority of users on what would be more convenient for them. As of now the sort “last update date” is one of the few ways to arrange SD tickets.
Oh. Last update date would be fine too, mine sorts by ticket number, how do I set it to default to sorting by last update date when I go into ServiceDesk?
On the top of the list there would be a column label (Ticket , Last Update Date, Subject etc) . you need to click the label itself. I have attached a screenshot for you.
Understood, was hoping it would default to a certain sorted column, but that’s fine.
