I have about 20 windows XP virtual machines that I am protecting using Comodo Client Security via Comodo One. When the client does an update and virus definitions are being downloaded it takes an extremely long time. The definition update has taken 30 minutes thus far and is sitting at only 20%. Why is this so slow? These aren’t the speediest VMs but while the virus definitions are being downloaded I am still able to copy a 250MB file over the LAN in about 45 seconds so it doesn’t appear to be a disk i/o or a network speed issue.

What you are seeing there with the XP VMs is unusual. Is this the first time that this happened or is it a recurring scenario during the scheduled update?
