Introducing Nucal – Looking for Feedback from MSPs Introducing Nucal – Would Love Feedback from MSPs
Hi everyone,
We just launched, https://nucal.com, and wanted to share what we’re building for the MSP community.
NuCAL is a platform where you can use ready-made applications to automate tasks—no need to build from scratch. We also offer free access to developers who can help create custom automations for your specific needs. Yes, you ask for an automation and they will give you a ready made app for that specific automation and they won’t charge you a dime for it for building it.
We’ve also launched a marketplace here: NUCAL, where you can browse apps or even list your own solutions.
Our goal is to make automation more accessible, without the overhead or complexity.
Would love to hear your thoughts: Is this something that could help your MSP? What kind of automations would be most valuable to you?
Thanks in advance for any feedback—it really helps us improve.
Does not completely answer your question but as my clients are small companies with limited machine fleets I do not need particularly complex scripts. I increasingly use chatgpt or copilot to create the scripts I need or to update those in the Itarian script library. Lately I have also been experimenting with the Warp application, which allows the use of AI within the command line. So for my needs, rather than asking a developer to create a script for me, I would like the AI to be integrated directly into Itarian with which I can interact when creating scripts for procedures or monitors. The maximum, even if a bit sci-fi, would be to have the AI also integrated in the management of tickets to answer and resolve help requests automatically.
Hello, thank you for sharing your experience. It’s great to know how you are leveraging AI tools for scripting tasks. You made a great point of bringing AI into ITarian, I will definitely take this up the team.
