Here are the answers to your inquiries:

  1. To run script procedures on devices you can use this link: https://help.comodo.com/topic-399-1-786-10982-Directly-Apply-Procedures-to-Devices.html
  2. Before running a script procedure, the platform will confirm if you want to apply the procedure as a “System User” or “Logged in User(s)”
  3. To schedule scripts you can use this link: https://help.comodo.com/topic-399-1-786-10979-Add-a-Procedure-to-a-Profile---Procedure-Schedules.html

To view the script for the procedure, you can select from “My Procedures” or “Predefined Procedures” then click on the name of the procedure. By selecting “View Procedure”, you will be able to see the script of the procedure.

How to link a ticket to a device manually when not using the endpoint manager communication client.
Is this possible?

If not and you’re going to implement it anytime soon: A button in device manager to “Create Ticket for this device” would be awesome as well!
