How do I whitelist a PC or create another profile with less blocked categories? There are a few PC’s that I do not want to subjected to all of the blocked rules.

Just in case @larnelhight that the post above is not the specific situation that you are trying to achieve, please consult the help guide for applying policies to a roaming endpoint. Even if the endpoint is within the same network as the others, the policy enforced on a ‘roaming’ endpoint’ can be different from that of a network.
