Whitelisting Flunctuating.....Applications not running consistently

Hi there, I earlier posted a thread about whitelisting and thankfully it was escalated to support. The current issue is that i have whitelisted a whole folder and the application was working fine. But every morning, users keep complaining that the application is still being contained. Either they restart or i whitelist again for the application to run fine. I think whitelisting once should do the trick and there shouldn’t be any need to whitelist again. Clients are complaining again and i think i need assistance from support now. Hi any update on this? I have resorted to loosen the policy and put the white list on hold for now.

Just want to confirm if under “RULE”, you able to put the rule you created to the upper most part of the “Rule List” since the ruling system starts from top to bottom.
