Hello @Sergey ,

After you click on ‘Delete File From Device’ you will trigger the following chain of events:

  • After you confirm the deletion, the command is sent to the device
  • Depending on Windows Client Configuration setting, the device(s) will check for new commands on push server and perform them.
  • Once the action is performed on the device (file is deleted from CCS quarantine successfully), the device will report updated List of Quarantine items to ITSM portal.
  • The file will be removed from the list in ITSM
This process usually takes for about 15 - 20 minutes, depending on the agent get command settings.
