My problem is that I am using a MacBook Air to manage my clients and the ITSM doesn’t work on non windows machines. Can someone please do something for people with the IOS platform

Ilker and team, thanks for working on an additional method for connecting to an endpoint. My initial feedback is that I like it. Will test further. Did notice that it used less memory resources than a remote session via the RMM Admin Console.
A reconnect button would be useful. It would save having to navigate back to the ITSM page and initiate the connection again.
