Ability to Merge/Create Child Tickets

Specifically, I would like to see a ‘Merge Ticket’ option.

Say there’s multiple tickets referencing the same thing, it would be great to merge all of those into one ticket, or at least be able to attach multiple tickets to one as a “child” ticket.

We’ve been requesting this feature for over 6 years, if you search on the forum. Unfortunately, there’s little or no development on Service Desk for new features

@nct You are correct. I don’t have any hope for further development on the Service Desk side.
