Account deletion

I need help. I’ve been trying to request account deletion since Nov. 6th, 2022, following an instruction in this topic, but I haven’t got an answer from support. Is there any other way to request it?

I have shared this with support to get this resolved.

I’d also like my account cancelled with Itarian please. I emailed a couple of months ago but am still able to login. Currently dont have any endpoints registered but dont want any nasty surprises should billing procedures change in the future.
