Do you use Logmein/Teamviewer in your MSP business?

Thank you for the suggestion. We have forwarded this as a feature request to our development team and we will keep you informed on our progress.

I feel this should be configurable, there are some cases where I may not want to go straight to the desktop. A lot of what I can do during the business hours is look at running processes, deploy procedures, and things like that, behind the scenes.

We are working on implementing remote access on devices directly from the ITSM Console. That is what the Takeover function will do.
All other RMM functions are already implemented in ITSM, and do not require Takeover.

Hi. We early used Logmein Central, but later:

  1. Logmein has lowed PC quantity per subscription
  2. Strongly rised price of subscription
  3. With economic USA’s sanctions againt Russia exchange rate RUR/USD grows to high and Logmein prices in not suitable for most of Russian IT companies.

Now we use FixMeIt for personal customers and C1 for organizations support.
