INTRODUCTION
This document contains notes about the ITarian Platform release for 27 March 2024.
The release schedule will be as follows:
- Platform
- US Region - Release will start on Wednesday 27th March 2024 at 1AM EDT
- EU Region - Release will start on Thursday 28th March 2024 at 6AM BST
- Agents
- All Regions - Release will start on Thursday 28th March 2024 at 1AM EDT
The release is expected to take 30 minutes to deploy, during that time the platform will be under maintenance mode, where you may observe minor glitches. If you observe any issues, please feel free to share with us.

Portal (PSA)
New Features
- ITA-658 – 1-12 Month Device Analysis Report to show the top 30 (non-MS) applications installed.
- ITA-656 – 1-12 Month Device Analysis Report to show AV status on computers.
Improvements
- ITA-750 – Standardising on naming of products / sections across the platform.
