Is it possible or could you add the feature to export the results of scripts run against endpoints. i.e. if i have a scheduled procedure to run a profile to get the installed Antivirus. I would want to be able to export these results to a CSV at a PC, group and company level.
As of the moment, the script logs does not have this functionality yet. We Will forward these suggestions to our Product Developers for analysis and give you an update as soon as possible.
I would really really like a bit more option on the reboot feature from RMM - instead of a max of 30 minutes, I’d like to say ‘reboot at 11pm please’, that would really make my day or at least allow to select by hours. Oh and a filter for ‘server os’ on the view all devices would be nice.
For device management and more efficient operations, being able to identify which end-points associated with a “Profile” (Configuration Templates > Profles) would be a great helop. For now, we are naming profiles so they are Org specific to help with this, but it makes sense to be able to see the devices attached to a particular profile from within the profile itself.
We thank you for sharing your ideas. We have received a similar request for this functionality and will be glad to provide you an update when this functionality is delivered into production environment.
Please add to Comodo Remote Control (CRC) the ability to connect to multiple Remote Desktop Session.
Explanation:
Right now CRC can only control the Local Console Session of a remote machine.
It will be usefull to add the capability to switch between multiple RDS session on the remote machine, like LogMeIn can do.
Hi @libretech, the feature to auto-reconnect CRC to the endpoint even after reboot is already on our roadmap. We have included you on the list of person to be informed should there be additional updates on the said feature.
In ITSM, under the devices → Device List… Add the Currently Logged on User. Or perhaps take it a bit further and add the ability to modify the columns that display on each page?
When searching the device lists, it would be awesome if we could add the “currently logged on user” to this page. We user a standardized naming scheme for each computer, and it would sometimes be easier to simply search for the user that is logged into the computer as opposed to the computer name. You can find this information once you click on the computer name and the summary displays, but I find it would be much more useful on the previous page.
We have seen similar requests for this functionality and we are glad to tell that this is being worked on by our Product Team. We will provide you an update once this feature arrives in production environment
Hi. I would like to see important updates shown separately in the endpoint patching status as well as critical. This would help better manage updates. Thanks
Please try to use the search and filter options to manage the updates. You can filter devices based on their current patch status, Up to date endpoints, Critical patches available and Missing patches. Please see this helpguide for your reference: https://help.comodo.com/topic-399-1-…e-Devices.html
Please let us know if this suit to your needs. Thank you.
In the Windows Application Store it would be nice to be able to make groups of Software that could be used to apply to organisation so you didn’t have to scroll through the whole list picking individual products every time. It could possibly be taken further so it could be applied as part of a profile
Hello @htg
Thank you very much for your suggestion. Setting up a ‘software package’ or ‘favorites’ for mass deployment can definitely help an MSP in the long run. Your input is important to us as it will help to improve the usefulness of C1 for the entire users’ community.
