What happened to RMM?

Still not seeing the path for migration from RMM to ITSM. Can you please clarify this path and the how-to - thanks.

for instance I have rmm deployed on a pc and itsm says no rmm on pc and obviously fatal errors when trying to install.

Regarding your request to have the RMM endpoints migrated to ITSM, in our latest release we have introduced the possibility to do this from your dashboard. Please check the release notes for more information regarding this feature and the other features that were introduced in this release.

To migrate your endpoints to ITSM, simply go to Licensed Application menu, hover the RMM module and click ‘Upgrade’ and ‘Confirm’.

Please let us know if you encounter any issues during the upgrade process.

As noted in another posting on this, YOU MUST BE THE ACCOUNT ADMIN OF C1 to perform this operation.

That is indeed the requirement and it is meant to be this way. Because of security measures, only Comodo One (main) Admins are able to perform the Upgrade operation from the Comodo One Dashboard.
