We might be dealing with a compatibility issue here. PM agent checks the distro names. So, if the result of command “more /etc/lsb-release” contains one of the followings, then the agent can be installed.
If possible please provide the results of the command “more /etc/lsb-release”.

Indeed the issue with the non-English OS patches has been resolved in the last C1 platform update (May 27).

Id created a monitor to watch a windows service to see if it was up or down, the monitor was added to a profile and given a custom alert. I removed the monitor from the profile as it didnt really work properly, it was detecting when a service is shutdown when a system is rebooted and threw an alert.
I still however get alert messages from Comodo…
