We are pleased to inform you that we already have a feature request ‘Show Maintenance Notification in login Page’ in C1 portal that currently shows on the roadmap in 2018-Q2 where you can see the status page as also mentioned on the above post.

Has an incident report been posted anywhere yet?

As of now, no incident report has been reported. We’re still monitoring and we’ll keep you posted as soon we have any updates.

Hello everyone,

Our development team have concluded the root cause analysis of the last outage and prepared the attached report. The core of the problem was related to under-performing CPU management of AWS EC2. We planned the remediation actions to increase redundancy of the system to not face the issue again. We are sorry for all the inconvenience.
