However it would have been nice to be notified Since I couldn’t log in yesterday (assumed C1 was down again) and today I tried to log in and it said “No MSP found”
So I tried the US server and Voila! I’m in.
We apologize for the late reply we’ve sent your over your forum registered email concerning the migration due date and completion.
I would like to get moved over also, when my turn comes up. Thanks!! I know you asked me before, but that was when I was told I was going to have to reinstall, which I guess is no longer t he case??

Please note that without your permission we will not move forward with the migration process. Those that have migrated to USA I will like to know the pros and cons. One of the things that I am more interested to know is if the Service Desk loads any faster. We depend on this tool for our day to day and its just tedious to have to wait 30 to 50 seconds for each click to load
